Achievement in Consumer Excellence (ACE)
As a consumer you are probably the strongest source of leads for remodeling contractors and this program provides you the opportunity to submit feedback when you work with a NARI member. Your responses allow NARI of Madison to recognize companies that provide outstanding customer service in quality, responsiveness, punctuality, and professionalism. Members earn the ACE designation when they receive an average score of 3.5 (out of 4) on these criteria.
